    The pizza was greasy and the cheese slid right off. The actually restaurant is so run down it's gross. Pieces of the walls are missing, the decor is dated. The tables are sticky and gross.

    I've seen this place in better shape than this before. Not sure what's going on but it's going downhill fast.

    Was there a few nights ago for a quick bite.  Not good, from the streaked mirrors in the dining room, to the empty salt shaker on the table, to the dirty greasiness of the salt & pepper shakers.  Ordered an Italian sub.  It was edible, but it wasn't good.  There was one other table being used.
    We usually do takeout pizza from there, and seldom have any issue with the quality.
    Seems like there may be a management problem; there's definitely no one taking charge of keeping dining area clean.

    This is probably the worst Papa Gino's I've been to. The health department had to come out last month for a surprise inspection due to "excessive general filth."

    I have frequented this location on several occasions and have very inconsistent results with the food quality. The last time the dough was stale. This time they shorted me two chicken tenders (3/5 in a small order) and had to wait an additional ten minutes to resolve the matter with nothing more than a "here ya go."

    I used to really love the food at Papa Gino's, but lately the Centerville location has been a huge disappointment. Pizza has been consistently undercooked, cheese slides right off, especially on small pizzas. They got my order wrong the last three times I ordered from them. And whenever you place an online order, make sure you call them after you place it because more often than not their internet is "down" and never received the order. I hope they can clean up their act soon.

    I made the mistake of ordering a Caesar salad the lettuce was  brown on the edges or black on the green leaves it was disgusting !!! To the manager do you ever check the salads because if you do you should be fired for allowing this salad to be sold and if you don't then you should wake up and then be fired!!!!! Disgusting!!!
